The programs
Fresh Route Market runs two text message programs. You can join either, both or neither.
- Order updates. Text messages about orders you place with Fresh Route Market: that your order is confirmed, ready, on its way or delivered. You join by entering your mobile number at checkout and ticking the box for order updates.
- Marketing messages. Recurring automated promotional text messages from Fresh Route Market, such as discount codes, special offers and new menu items. You join by ticking the separate marketing box at checkout. Joining order updates does not join you to marketing messages.
Both boxes are optional and are never ticked for you.
What to expect
- Program names
- Fresh Route Market order updates; Fresh Route Market offers. Both operated by Fresh Route Market.
- Message frequency
- Order updates: varies per order. You receive a message only when something happens to an order you placed.
- Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase
- You can order, pay and be served without agreeing to receive any text message, marketing or otherwise.
- Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enter.
Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then no further text messages from Fresh Route Market, including order updates and marketing messages. To join again, reply START or tick the box again at checkout.
To stop only marketing messages and keep order updates, contact us at [email protected] or +13857995555 and we will remove you from marketing messages.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Your privacy
How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
